Management of a team composed of 5 Technicians and Logisticians, for the design and manufacture of automotive prototypes.
The missions were :
- "Cross-over" project:
° Managing the schedule and budget for realization of 4 all-functional automotive prototypes and technical interfacing with Mechanics and Technicians during assembly, set-up and commissioning.
- "WIND" Project:
° Development and management of the " Validation Plan " and composition of test vehicles
° Management schedule and budget for realization of 6 all-functional automotive prototypes, and interfacing with Technical prototypists (Heuliez) during assembly, set-up and commissioning.
° Management schedule and budget for realization of 50 all-functional automotive prototypes, and interfacing with the Novo Mesto factory in Slovenia ; This mission was innovative because it's was the first time in Renault that pre-séries vehicles were made directly in factory and not in the prototype Center in France

The mission took place in France at "Renault Véhicules Utilitaires" for the X83 H2 project ( H2 means the upversion ).
As Assitant of the Project Manager STOLA, I had to :
° Insure the interfacing and coordination between the Design Technicians in Italy ( Torino, Milano ) and the design office in France .
° Represent STOLA during all the technical and managing meetings and to warrant planning, budget and quality of our company.
° Monitor and manage the following of suppliers for our parts
° Monitor and manage the pre-series and start of production for this vehicle in the Nissan factory in Barcelona
( the X83 car is common between Renault and Nissan )
